Executive Coaching
This package is for leaders that need a confidential thought partner to share ideas, examine strengths and weaknesses, and work through challenges. We work with leaders to identify the changes they want to experience and encourage them to explore new ideas and new behaviors. Coaching lasts between 3-12 months with this package.
New Hire Coaching
This package focuses on making a leader's first 120 days on the job productive. During the coaching sessions, leaders are encouraged to be committed to development in a self-identified area of focus.
Emerging Leaders
This package is customized for individuals committed to exploring and expanding their professional and personal growth and examining the next steps of their career journey. We encourage individuals to conduct a realistic self-examination of their strengths and weaknesses in an effort to map out and manage their best path. We help individuals define their focus to make the hard choices and organize priorities. This package is customized and generally lasts between 3-9 months.
Team Coaching
This package is customized for organizational teams committed to improving individual and overall team effectiveness. It includes an assessment option to identify communication styles and align team goals. (Length of time determined by the client)
Group Coaching
This package allows organizations to provide the benefit of individual executive coaching to a specific group of leaders, such as emerging leaders, new managers, or professionals. Each group will range between 2-5 members. The topic and agenda are designed jointly among members of the group, with the Coach facilitating those conversations.
Assessments*
Strategize 4 Success offers a variety of assessments administered by a certified practitioner, which are excellent tools to improve self-awareness and provide information about natural strengths, personality traits, and behavioral work styles. Depending on the coaching package selected and the needs and desired outcomes, clients have the option to add an assessment(s) for additional feedback.
